5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Full refund: Cancellation 7+ days before course start
- 90% refund: Cancellation 3-6 days before course start
- 50% refund: Cancellation 1-2 days before course start
- No refund: Cancellation on course start date or after
5.1.2 After Course Start
- Pro-rated refund: For unused sessions, calculated as (remaining sessions ÷ total sessions) × course fee
- Processing fee: 10% administrative fee applies to all mid-course cancellations
- Minimum notice: 48 hours notice required for session cancellations
5.2 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed:
- Within 5-10 business days of approval
- To the original payment method when possible
- Subject to verification of attendance and course materials return
5.3 Special Circumstances
We may offer exceptions for:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Family emergencies (with documentation)
- Military deployment
- Course cancellation by ELLA
- Technical issues preventing course access
5.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed individual sessions
- Digital course materials that have been accessed
- Certificates already issued
- Administrative fees
6. Student Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1 Expected Behavior
Students must:
- Attend sessions punctually and prepared
- Participate actively and respectfully
- Complete assigned homework and exercises
- Communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Sharing course materials without permission
- Recording sessions without consent
- Using the service for commercial purposes
- Violating intellectual property rights
6.3 Consequences
Violation of conduct policies may result in:
- Warning and behavioral improvement plan
- Suspension from classes
- Termination of enrollment without refund

- Reverse engineer software or applications
- Create derivative works without permission
- Share login credentials or access codes

9. Limitation of Liability
ELLA's liability is limited as follows:
- Service availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service access

- Maximum liability: Limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service
- Indirect damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Force Majeure
ELLA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- Internet or technology failures
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
- Labor disputes or strikes
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

- Effective 30 days after posting (except for immediate safety or legal requirements)
